Theory of Everything Open MAP: A Collaborative Geometry Dash Animation Project
This is not a game, but a sprawling Multi-Animator Project (MAP) dedicated to the classic Geometry Dash soundtrack, "Theory of Everything" by DJ-Nate. As the first entry in the "Geometry MAPs" series, it invites the community to collaboratively animate one of the longest and most recognizable songs from the game.
Project Scope & Structure
The full song is divided into 51 separate parts, totaling around four and a half minutes of animation potential. This structure makes it one of the most extensive MAPs available on Scratch, suitable for a wide range of animators, from beginners to experts.
How to Participate & Rules
Participation is open and straightforward. If you want to animate a part, you can simply start working on it. Key rules include a limit of five parts per person and a prohibition on blood or violent content. Notably, there are no strict deadlines, encouraging creativity without pressure.
Choosing Your Part
For animators looking for a longer sequence to work with, Part 31 is the recommended choice at 14 seconds. The shortest segment is Part 24 at 3.36 seconds. A public list is maintained to track which parts have been claimed and their completion status. This project is an excellent opportunity for Geometry Dash enthusiasts and animators to contribute to a large-scale, music-driven community art piece. The next song planned for the Geometry MAPs series is "Electrodynamix".
