Geometry Dash alpha dan
Geometry Dash alpha dan: A Powerful Level Editor
Geometry Dash alpha dan is a sophisticated Scratch-based creation that blurs the line between playing and making Geometry Dash levels. It serves as both a game and a comprehensive level editor, packed with tools for aspiring designers. A crucial note: for smooth operation, it is strongly advised to run this project on Turbowarp due to its complexity.
Dual-Mode Experience: Play & Create
Switch seamlessly between Play Mode and Editor Mode by pressing `Z` and `M`.
- Play Mode: Control your icon with simple mouse clicks for jumping, flying, and using orbs. Advanced options include a no-clip toggle (`I`+`O`) and the ability to vote on levels at the end screen using number keys 0-9.
- Editor Mode: This is where the magic happens. The editor features multiple block menus (cycle with `1`/`3`), precise block selection (`4`/`5`), an eraser tool (`2`), object placement via click, rotation (`R`), and dedicated menus for settings (`I`/`O`), debugging (`O`/`P`), fine-tuning rotation/nudge (`R`/`E`), and triggers (`F`).
Full Creative Control & Customization
You have complete authority over your levels:
- Custom Music: Import any soundtrack by editing the backdrop's sound library.
- Save Your Work: Preserve your creations by saving or remixing the entire Scratch project.
A Feature-Rich Development History
The project boasts an extensive set of features added from the start. Version 1.0 included virtually all core Geometry Dash elements: every game mode (cube, ship, ball, UFO, wave, robot, spider), various portals (gravity, mini, mirror, dual), orbs, pads, color triggers, dangers, slopes, and a wide array of blocks and decorations. Version 1.2 refined the interface by adding numbers to the percentage bar.
Built as a creative tool (originally for @KaanGD), Geometry Dash alpha dan is an impressive technical achievement on Scratch, offering a deep and authentic level-building experience for dedicated fans and creators.
